HICHAM EL GUERROUJ

Is a retired Moroccan middle-distance runner. Has been able to beat world records. Hicham is the current world record holder in the 1500 meters, mile and outdoor 2000 meters events and a two-time Olympic gold medalist. He is considered the greatest middle-distance runner of all time.
He holds seven of the ten fastest times run in the mile. His first participation in a world-wide competition was at age 18 in a Junior World Championships in Seoul. His last competition was the Olympics of athens where he obtained two gold medals. Is an idol for all Morocco.
Has been a great representative of the country.

VISIT TO CAMP NOU

A normal day in class, we decided to go with a friend to see a Barça match in Camp Nou.
it turns out that weekend Barça plays in Barcelona against Athletic Bilba and we thought it would be a good idea to go there.
And so we went on a Saturday morning to Barcelona to watch a big football match. I'm a fan of Real Madrid, so I went to the field with a scarf Athletic Club.
where we were we could see the game very well and we enjoyed a good time.
The match ended with a 3-0 victory Barça with goals from Messi, Paco Alcacer and Aleix Vidal.
Was an unforgettable experience and the next target will be the Santiago Bernabéu.

LARAKI

Laraki is a Moroccan based company established in Casablanca with the intention to develop and sell luxurious high-performance sports cars.
Was established in 1999 by Abdeslam Laraki. The King of Bahrain is its main client.
Laraki announced three concept models: the Fulgura in 2002, Borac in 2005 and Epitome in 2013.
The first two were presented at the Geneva Motor Show, and the last one at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Is a very style very similar to Lamorghini. Many of the pieces used come from the house Mercedes, mainly turbo. Borac model can reach the 540ph and Fulgura 730ph. however the Epitome has two varieties: with 91 octane gasoline fuel that can reach 1200 ph and 110 octane gasoline fuel that can reach up to 1750 ph.

MOROCCAN MINT TEA RECIPE

Moroccan tea is one of my favourite drinks. I am from Morocco and for our culture we drink a lot of tea. We usually take it very hot, both in winter and in summer.

INGREDIENTS

1. • 1 tablespoon loose Chinese gunpowder green tea
   • 5 cups boiling water
   • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
   • 1 large bunch fresh mint (1 ounce)
• Special equipment : a 1- to 1 1/2-quart teapot

PREPARATION

1. Put tea in teapot and pour in 1 cup boiling water, then swirl gently to warm pot and rinse tea. Strain out and discard water, reserving tea leaves in pot.
2. Add remaining 4 cups boiling water to tea and let steep 2 minutes. Stir in sugar (to taste) and mint sprigs and steep 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve in small heatproof glasses.
